Lunapress® CP-323T "Three-in-one" Collar Trim, Turn & Pressing Machine Unique dual holding pin system, with pin rising from die base after pre-press (first press), to hold collar in position for main press (second press), while collar blades slide out. Holding pin to be used is selected by turn knob controls, and is governed by whether men's or boy's collars are to be pressed. Long collar base for complete pressing of extra large size collars up to 20 inch. Teflon sheeting on brass collar dies to eliminate shine and to reduce drag. Foot pedal controls mounted on a specially designed strain relief panel, to reduce operator fatigue. Finger grips on collar blades to enhance safety, eliminate drag and to release operator's hands, and so increase both production and quality. Heavy duty adjustable legs, with optional lock wheels (at extra charge). Individual left & right heat and air controls for each function to obtain optimum pressing efficiency and quality. Interchangeable optional trimming knife sets available for non-conventional collars. Standard knife set 90 degrees. Optional settings 70, 83, 100 and 110 degrees.
